Well today I went out and got Death Cabs new CD: Plans.
I have to say, I'm in love.
I find that the way this one was presented was just so great. Its comething that you could pop in at a party and everyone would just chill back, hang around, or you could listen to it alone and ponder your life.
The lyrics in this song just make you want to listen to the same song OVER and OVER and OVER again just so you can rememeber the words the next time they come along.
I think the best songs on the CD are: I Will Follow You Into the Dark, What Sarah Said, and Brothers On a Hotel Bed.
This is a TOTAL must buy for anyone in this tribe becuase if you skip it, you are missing so much.
Go out and buy it, leave some feed back.

Thu, September 1, 2005 - 1:52 PMI got around to listening to it on Tuesday. Good stuff. Not sure that I like it as much as Transatlanticism or nearly as much as the The Photo Album. But none the less, pretty good. I am excited to get to see them live again soon.

Fri, March 17, 2006 - 8:38 PMEhh, I didn't care for it. The lyrics and microstories have gone out the window. I'm hesitant to say that they sold out, but some of their indie-ness has gone out the window. It's just not as authentic as The Photo Album or (my favorite) We Have the Facts and We're Voting Yes.

Sun, April 30, 2006 - 10:40 AMthis is the first death cab for cutie cd i've ever bought. i think production wise, this is their best work, i'm comparing it to the other popular songs i have from them which i really like too. i went to see them in camden, nj and it was a good show but the crowd was lame with no energy.
